Maybelline Fit Me Foundation

Hi and welcome to another blog post. Happy New Year first of all. This blog is about the Maybelline Fit Me Foundation that I already love. I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes. The shade that was sent to me is too dark for my complexion. Normally, I am 310, and this is 2 shades darker than my skin tone. However, I will make this work on the behalf of mixing it with other foundations that are too light on my skin. So, all in all this is a win-win situation. I did do a review on this foundation when it was released last year in 2015. I love it and I highly recommend it for Oily/Combo skin.

Grungy Make-up

Hi there! Happy Sunday Funday! I wanted to share this look in detail (well somewhat in detail). This was a few weeks ago. I used the Melt Cosmetics DARK MATTER stack eyeshadow and Stila Liquid Lipstick in BESO. I tend to sometimes want to try to match my lipstick to my outfit, but sometimes it just doesn't go that way. However, this day it all worked out ! I wore my RAMONES shirt and it matched my shirt. I did use Becca Cosmetics 'CHAMPAGNE POP' collab with Jacklyn Hill as my highlight. I still love it, but I feel it doesn't give me that BAM highlight look as opposed to light skinned girls that looks super gorgeous on!

I also used as another shade, since I can never decide the Melt Cosmetics 6six6 Lipstick which is super vampy! I really cannot wait until the Fall season comes around. I love me my dark burgandy colors, but then again it really doesn't matter. Who cares about the rules !

Morphe 35O Palette

Story of this 35O Palette. To be completely honest, I got this because of the hype. I always do this lol I can't help it, but man when I saw it being used and swatched on kathleenlights snapchat I'm like, "OMG ! I NEED!"

However, this does retail for $22.99 which in my opinoion is great for all these colors. Very warm neutral eyeshadow palette a lot of variety and very versitle. You can use for a day to night look. I did create a tutorial using this palette and here it is. If you enjoyed it and liked it please give it a thumbs up if you did.

It's been a WHILE ! |:

WHOA ! It's been a loooong four months without writing on my Blog. Sorry. However, I've been consistent with my YouTube videos if you haven't noticed already. I do have a few looks that I wanted to share on here and that I didn't mention in my Instagram (I think).

This was the Kat Von D Eyeliner in the shade: Nerdrum ; Lined my lips with Colourpop's Lippie Pencil in BFF3, which by far has been my go to lip liner lately, and Gerard Cosmetics Lipstick in the shade: Cashmere. As for the eye shadow on my eyes, I believe (that I remember) is the Too Faced Natural Matte Palette.

Quinceañera Damas

Hi! I really did not blog about anything for the month of March. Sorry :( It was my birthday month, and just I have no idea, and no excuse to put, but perdoname

Anyways, my little sister came out in a Quincerñera today and earlier this week she asked me to do her makeup. Gladly, of course I said yes! She also asked if I can do the other three damas that were coming out in it as well. I wanted to share the eye looks of how it turned out. It was fun and different since I haven't really worked with very light skin toned clients so this was an opportunity to see how my techniques work I guess? I'm by far from being a professional makeup artist, but I always say I try my best. They wanted a natural glam look, nothing too much since these girls are really young (including my sister). Hope you liked it and thank you for taking the time to read this. Have a wonderful rest of your evening and rest of your week. Please remember to stay positive and wake up with a positive note (:

Going Makeup Crazy !

Hi my name is Britanny and I am addicted to makeup.

Recently, visited Ulta and well, let's just say that I bought a few things. Reason why I've been going makeup crazy is because of all the new Spring collections all the brands are releasing. During this time of the year, at least I think, all the new Spring collections is all everyone wants. Well, I purchased these items and they are all from the ULTA brand. I get kind of skepectical with all in store brand because it is a hit or miss sometimes. Ulta was having a promotion which was purchasing Ulta brand items (makeup, tools, brushes, and skincare) more than $19.50 you will receive a free little 15 piece makeup tote bag. Hence why I picked up a few things. They are all they're new products they just came out with and was excited to get ! Here are the things I picked up and will have swatches of my purchased items (not in the little tote).
I was really excited for these lip creams, but I'll mention what I have to say about them. I did wear them today. I wanted to try out the brow tint since it looked like the Benefit Gimme Brow that I really love to set my brows, so I want to compare how it holds up to the Benefit Gimme Brow.

Here's the little 15 piece tote with the goodies inside:
A varitey of shadows to play with, which I will get good use of and well, any shadows will work with creating a look, you just have to have the right eye brushes.

And Oh MY highlight! I swatched the tester of this highlight in store, and I immediately fell in LOVE! It's just a pretty rose champagne color and would compliment any skin tone! It pulled off so pretty and tried it on today and wow it is just sooooo pretty !!

It is called PINK DIAMOND ! Here's a swatch:

Moving on to the lip creams. Here's what I think. First and foremost, this is really creamy and they take forever to settle on the lips! It took at least 10 minutes to completely set which sucks, but then again they are $9. The first shade is called Allusive. A nice settle vampy purple toned shade.

The Second shade: Stirring

That's all I have to share today. Take Care!

NEW Maybelline Matte+ Poreless Foundation

Bought this foundation last week of December, so I want to say the day before New Years Eve. Bought it at CVS Pharmacy and the foundation retailed for $8.49 as well as the setting powder. I have oily skin and this has been my go to foundation for the month of January until now. There is a selection of 12 different shades, from fair to tan skin. I am in the shade 310 Sun Beige. I feel like it is a little to light for me, but after applying it settles into my skin and looks matte and flawless. I did a full review on this foundation and I recommend for oily skin people like myself. There are people
who like matte foundations with dry skin, which hey! If it floats your boat then why not right?

I do have to mention that this foundation does set really fast so you have to work in sections your face. For example, starting from the nose out the the right cheek or left cheek, really up to your preference. Nonetheless, I don't want to ramble too much on it since I did review this on my channel. But I have been reaching to this more than my Outlast Stay Fabulous 3-in-1 foundation which also works well for oily skin folks. Down below is the link, check it out when you get a chance. Have a wonderful and positive day.
